Emergency Dental Care FAQ's

More questions? We’re ready to help. Give us a call at (405) 348-9911 or book your free consultation now.

  • Your emergency visit is priced based on the needed treatment. For business hour emergencies, we can help estimate your out-of-pocket cost based on your insurance plan. This is an estimate and not a guarantee of the exact final cost. We are unable to provide cost estimates during after-hour emergency appointments.

  • The most common concerns patients see us for are toothaches — that’s because pain is your body’s way of signaling something isn’t right! Under the surface, you may be dealing with decay, gum disease, cracked or worn teeth, or an abscess. We also often help those who have lost or broken a tooth.

  • A few common symptoms of a tooth infection are:● Throbbing toothache● Lingering tooth sensitivity● Sore and sensitive jawbone● Sensitivity to hot and cold● Pain or tingling when biting

  • Not necessarily. Our dentists will conduct a thorough examination and diagnosis to evaluate the best course of action — whether that’s a filling, crown, root canal, gum disease treatment, or something else!

  • If you’re feeling uncomfortable, you should always visit a professional…even if the pain goes away after a few days, It’s likely there’s an issue hidden under the surface and the pain will return even worse than before.
